Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — your Stripe subscription is managed from the same user account. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle; the Premium setup is a one-time add-on that sits alongside any subscription.
What does the one-time Premium setup cover?
A white-glove onboarding: filings prepared and submitted, branding kit (logo, livery, decals), and two 60-minute setup calls. Designed for owners who would rather not chase paperwork for the first six weeks.
Are payments secure?
All payments run through Stripe Checkout on Spokehaul's behalf — your card never touches our app's storage, and we never see it. Stripe handles the PCI-compliant form and receipts.
What if my dashboard is empty after paying?
Make sure you're signed in to the same email you used at checkout. If you paid as a guest, open the receipt email then sign up — we'll link your subscription to your account on first sign-in.
